The Key Worker Schemes are run by the Government and are allowing people within the key worker sector to buy or rent near to where they work.
The Key Worker Living Programme gives you the chance to own a home if you are:
» a first time buyer
» already a home owner, but need a larger property in order to meet the requirements of your household i.e.: you are now a family
» unable to buy without the aid of a shred ownership scheme
» looking to rent at a more affordable price.
The key worker scheme is only currently open to people in the South East and East of England and London.
