Click n go Mortgages is authorised to advise on and arrange mortgages by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) we are an independent mortgage broker with access to lenders from the whole market.

Within our role as your mortgage advisor we have to make contact other 3rd parties involved in the purchase of your property to avoid unnecessary delays. Estate agents, solicitors, vendors, protection providers. It is assumed we have your permission to do this at our discretion: if, however, you have any special requirements regarding his please let us know as early as possible.

Under the terms of the FSA rule book we have a duty of care to advise you on protection and insurance products that are available to protect you, your dependents, your home, and your mortgage payments. We will also provide you with information relevant to your mortgage needs, covering such items as an explanation of the main repayment methods and the implications of taking out a mortgage. Our advice will also depend on your particular requirements and on the market conditions at the time.

Credit Scoring

We may charge a reasonable fee for initial advice which consists of, completing a fact find, researching the market approaching a lender and conducting a decision in principle and presenting you with the results. THIS FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE.

We may charge a reasonable fee for completing a fact find, researching the market and preparing and sending your documents to you to complete and return. We will then checking your documents and submit the case to the lender. THIS FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE.

The applicants irrevocably agree that in consideration of the company that provide advice/ submitting an application the applicants pay a fee of £xxx.& £xxx Of the fee this total fees payable upon application and the balance payable 21 days from submission of your application. I authorise Click n go Mortgages Ltd to debit my debit/credit card for the above amounts upon application and production of mortgage offer accordingly. Amendments/ alterations or requests for additional services in relation to your application may attract additional charges in accordance to Click n go Mortgages Ltd tariff of charges. This tariff and charges are subject to change. THIS FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE.

All requested supporting documents must be provided upon application, should any additional requested documents not be supplied within 21 days the above fees will instantly become due. These fees will also instantly become due should information you have disclosed be inaccurate or incorrect.

If the applicants decides not to proceed to completion once a mortgage application has been submitted, then the above fees will become payable immediately to Click n go Mortgage Ltd. THIS FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE.

If we find out that any information disclosed or not or we are misled or misinformed incorrectly then we have the right to terminate any contracts.

Treating Customers Fairly
The Directors and Senior Management of Click n go Mortgages are committed to ensuring that the FSA principle of treating customers fairly (TCF) is applied in all areas of our day to day business activities.

In adopting the TCF principle we recognise that fair treatment of our customers is about adding value to the service we offer by aiming to:

- Protect the interests of our customers at each stage of the product life cycle, from promotion right through to after sales service.

- Meet as best we can the unique needs of each customer by offering a transparent, efficient and professional service, and constantly reviewing our service to identify areas for improvement.



In practical terms for the different areas of our business this means:

- Ensuring that promotional material is clear, compliant, jargon free and appropriately targeted.

- Ensuring that sales staff (both on and off-site) have thorough training on all products they advise on or sell, understand who they are and aren't suitable for, and are encouraged to challenge product providers where they spot inconsistencies, ambiguities or potential unfairness in the product literature or product features.

- Operating sales remuneration systems which assure fairness to the customer as well as customer satisfaction, rather than only rewarding sales volumes.

- Finding ways to encourage non sales staff to implement TCF in their day to day business activities

- Keeping detailed records of customer instructions and profile/attitude to risk, and of the advice and options given before, during and after a sale - to help ensure we treat customers fairly and can deal with any complaints that may arise swiftly and fairly.

- Encouraging after sales contact with clients where appropriate to correct or improve on the service already offered.

- Ensuring that customer complaints are assessed fairly, promptly and impartially, and in line with FSA deadlines and rules.

- Encouraging staff to recommend improvements to service following customer complaints - and monitoring the outcome.

- Ensuring that staff are kept up to date with relevant training in relation to competence, data protection and other matters directly affecting the quality of service offered to customers.

- Offering regular training in the principle of TCF at all levels of the business.

- Regularly monitoring and reporting on all of the above TCF activities as part of the company's monthly statistics/MI, in order to assess TCF performance across the business and recommend changes where appropriate.

- Ensuring that TCF values, which are set and communicated by Senior Management, are supported by all staff and understood in the same way.
