General Information
Click n go Mortgages is authorised to advise on and arrange mortgages by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
We are an independent mortgage broker with access to lenders from the whole market.

Within our role as your mortgage advisor we have to make contact other 3rd parties involved in the purchase of your property to avoid unnecessary delays. Estate agents, solicitors, vendors, protection providers.
It is assumed we have your permission to do this at our discretion: if, however, you have any special requirements regarding this please let us know as early as possible.

Under the terms of the FSA rule book we have a duty of care to advise you on protection and insurance products that are available to protect you, your dependents, your home, and your mortgage payments. We will also provide you with information relevant to your mortgage needs, covering such items as an explanation of the main repayment methods and the implications of taking out a mortgage. Our advice will also depend on your particular requirements and on the market conditions at the time.

Liability
Clickngomortgages provides the Site for your general interest and information only. We do not accept any liability if you suffer any loss as a result of visiting this Site. By using the Site you hereby agree not to rely on any of the information contained herein.

Credit Scoring
It may be necessary for us to disclose the information you provide to credit reference agencies when requested by them. The technique is known as "Credit Scoring" and its purpose is to assess the suitability of your application with a particular lender.

Agency Status
In the arrangement of mortgages we are acting as your (our client) agent in the negotiations with lenders on your behalf.

Duty of Privacy & the Data Protection Act
We will treat all your personal information as private and confidential (even when you are no longer a customer) except where we are permitted by law or where the disclosure is made at your request or with your consent in relation to your mortgage.

Information held by us will be processed only for the purposes for which we have registered under the Data Protection Act. Legal Representation
As part of our service we aim to provide our clients with a complete package regarding their mortgage requirements. We can offer you a panel of solicitors from which you may choose your legal adviser. These firms are known to us and have provided a reliable service to date. We must make it clear though that we cannot be held responsible for the performance of their professional duties.

This in no way restricts your right to use a firm of your own choice.

Buildings & Contents Insurance
Policy offered is via the Abbey and must be kept in force and premiums paid for a minimum of 4 months. If you chose to accept this policy you will be sent a cheque when requested by yourselves for the value of the first 3 months policy premiums.
